When you have decided to apply for a trademark or brand that may help you bring your business forward, you download the application form below, complete it, sign it and send it to Digital Networks.

With your application you are also required to send us a proof of identity (copy of passport or national identity card or equivalent). This is needed for us to be sure that you are a legitimate business representative. This information will not be disclosed to third parties.

When we have received your application (and proof of identity) we review it and match your input with our extensive client database. When we have found a relevant owner of a suitable intellectual property we will contact you to confirm that we can offer you a License Agreement.

We strive to confirm your approval within ten working days

If we have one or several suitable counter parties identified, you will be required to send us the Application Fee of EUR 500 (covering our costs for handling negotiations, this is non-refundable)

When we have received your payment, we support you in your negotiations and the final License Agreement Terms will be settled between you and the Intellectual Property Owner. The parties will decide on License Fees, time period for the License Agreement, geography covered, exclusive or non-exclusive rights to represent the owner, quality standards you must meet and finally, whether you should have the right to acquire the property with full ownership or not.

Digital Networks will help you through the full process of negotiations and it is our role to find a balance that suits both parties of the Agreement.
